Lost Transitions
I can't pretend I'm alright
because I can't control my emotions...
they express too much,
my body language volumes them out
and speaks through my face,
not my mouth.

People see it,
I try to hide;
lock them away
to a place
no one
sees.
So,
I can pretend
I'm as normal
no matter
how

to be.

Sad songs heal me
but
some makes me
feel
guilty
for,
I know the
situation
I'm in.

Once a smile,
quickly replaces a frown.
